Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley hasn't talked about her parents much, but she claims that her bodybuilding grandfather is what inspires her exercising. Ashley has always been physically active. When she was 4, she began to swim and she did so for 10 years. There is a strong belief that Ashley was a participant in diverse contests. However, she did not dedicate herself enough because she didn't want to adhere to strict diet rules so her body could perform at optimally. Her popularity was somewhat high during the time of her high school, mostly thanks to her attractive looks and her curvy body however it's not clear who she was with at this point in her life. Following her graduation, Ashley did not decide to enroll in college, but instead pursue her dream of becoming being a fitness model. He encouraged her to go slowly and work on the body gradually. Inspired by her success Ashley took part in her first competition at 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and finished seventh. She was motivated to accept what she thought was an undeserved defeat, and decided to work out even more. Ashley took part at the WBFF World Championships 2015 and placed 5th. After the event completed, Ashley opted to not pursue competing. She was receiving offers for photos while participating, however she didn't want to combine her career, however after she had stopped competing, she decided to turn into a fitness model. After being featured on the front page of a renowned fitness magazine, she was in a position to launch her fitness modeling career as she signed with an agency for modeling. Since then, she has become an internationally renowned model and has been a part of numerous bikini labels and world-renowned clothing companies.
